You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Do not share logins or resell access.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3 Course access & availability Open
We aim to keep course content available, but the Service may be modified, paused, or discontinued. Access periods (if any) are described at checkout or within the course description.
- We may update lessons to improve clarity, techniques, or safety.
- Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance or upgrades.
4 Payments, taxes & billing Open
Prices are shown at purchase. You authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the selected payment method. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location and the type of product purchased.
- Some products may be one-time purchases; others may be subscription-based if clearly stated.
- If a payment fails, access may be paused until billing is resolved.
5 Refunds & cancellations Open
Refund eligibility depends on the product type and the specifics shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, digital course purchases are typically non-refundable once substantial content has been accessed.
- If a refund is approved, processing times depend on your payment provider.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restrictions.
6 License to use content (no redistribution) Open
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and course materials for your personal learning purposes. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share course content without written permission.
- This includes videos, PDFs, templates, lesson text, images, and any downloadable files.
- Screen recording or “mirroring” lessons for others is prohibited.
7 Community conduct & acceptable use Open
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with other users, or post unlawful, harmful, or infringing material. Keep feedback constructive and professional.
- No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
- No attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service.
- No automated scraping of protected course content.
8 User content & feedback Open
If you submit comments, assignments, photos of your arrangements, or other materials (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your content. You grant us permission to display it within the course community and, if you opt in, for promotional examples.
- Only upload content you have the right to share.
- Remove personal data from images if you don’t want it visible.

- Termination may result in loss of access to course materials.
- We may keep records as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
