• Screen recording or “mirroring” lessons for others is prohibited.

• No attempts to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service.
• No automated scraping of protected course content.

If you submit comments, assignments, photos of your arrangements, or other materials (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your content. You grant us permission to display it within the course community and, if you opt in, for promotional examples.

• Only upload content you have the right to share.
• Remove personal data from images if you don’t want it visible.

Floristry involves tools (knives, wire cutters), adhesives, and botanical materials that may cause injury or allergic reactions. You are responsible for following safety guidance, using protective equipment, and adapting techniques to your environment.

• Test adhesives and sprays in ventilated areas.
• Keep sharp tools away from children and pets.
• If you have allergies, consult a professional before handling certain plants.

The Service, including branding, course structure, and original content, is owned by Floro Academy or licensed to us. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written permission.

• Do not claim affiliation or endorsement without authorization.
• Do not remove copyright notices from course materials.

The Service may rely on third-party providers for payments, email delivery, analytics, or video hosting. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

• We’re not responsible for third-party outages beyond our control.
• We do not allow unapproved third-party plugins that copy course content.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or attempt to unlawfully copy or distribute content. You may stop using the Service at any time.

• Termination may result in loss of access to course materials.
• We may keep records as required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floro Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a refreshed effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
